Passenger services are increasingly diversified. Leveraging the "one location, two inspections" fast customs clearance advantage on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Railway, railway authorities launched off-peak travel and one-stop direct tourism products. They also cooperated with travel agencies to offer "high-speed rail round-trip + hotel + attractions" package products, continuously optimizing the ticketing system and enhancing cross-boundary transfer services to enrich travel choices for residents of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Service quality keeps improving. Self-service gates at all stations along the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-Speed Railway now support card-swiping verification using the Hong Kong and Macau Travel Permit, while manual gates handle entry clearance procedures for Hong Kong and Macau residents traveling to the mainland. Additionally, currency exchange counters have been installed, and multilingual assistance services are available to passengers. "Butler-style" services were introduced on overnight EMU trains, with upgraded bedding and Guangdong-style specialty meals offered. The "Flexible Travel" product was also innovatively launched. Benefiting from the 240-hour visa-free transit policy, West Kowloon immigration checkpoint processed 663,000 international passenger trips in the first half of the year, up 35% YoY. Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Railway has become a popular choice for foreign travelers.
